Throughout the duration of your project you will be communicating with your General Contractor (or other Hired Professional) about your needs, wants, concerns, and project progress.
At Home Shows, you will have the opportunity to make connections with different professionals to help you better decide who is the best fit for your family’s projects. Who will you trust to put your plans into motion? Who gave you the ‘warm and fuzzies’? Did someone make you uncomfortable? Who was the easiest to talk to, about your project? These are all things to consider when choosing your contractor.

Home Shows aren’t just for Contractors! This is an opportunity to hear from other vendors too. Learn about or purchase light bulbs that will conserve energy in your home, hear about solar energy options, cooling systems, hot tubs, and more! We’ve even had the experience of interacting with sugar gliders at a home show! Each Home Show is an opportunity to learn or see something new.

Home Shows are always a family friendly event! We personally love it when families stop by our booth. Kids have the best ideas! Who wouldn’t want to have a slide instead of stairs? Many vendors offer sweet treats or fun toys for kids attending these events with their parents or grandparents.

That’s right, there’s food too! Most Home Shows have a concession stand or local food vendors with booths to keep your belly full while you stroll through the show. Refreshments make everything better. We just love the Mac & Cheese at The Shriner’s Home Shows in Wilmington, YUM!
